摘要 简述了世界生物基化学纤维及生物基聚酰胺(PA)纤维的发展现状;详述了世界生物基PA的品种、分类、商品化生产以及新品种研发现状,并对我国生物基PA的发展提出了建议。在所有生物基PA中,长碳链PA和PA11已商品化,正研发的新品种有PA 46,PA 56,PA 4,PA 69以及生物基PA 6和PA 66等,并将逐步商品化;原料来源和技术成本是影响生物基PA的研发和生产的关键因素;我国应加强生物基PA的研究开发与应用,实现产品结构调整、产业链延伸和技术创新,以促进我国PA工业的持续稳步发展。 The development status of bio-based chemical fibers and bio-based polyamide (PA) fiber was briefly introduced in the world. The variety, classification and commercial production of the world bio-based PA were described in details, as was the research status of newly developed varieties. And the suggestions were put forward on the bio-based PA development in China. A- mong all kinds of bio-based PA, PA with a long chain of carbon and PA 11 have been put into commercial production and some other varieties under development, including PA 46, PA 56, PA 4, PA 69, bio-based PA 6 and PA 66, are expected to be grad- ually commercialized. The raw material resource and technological cost are the key factors affecting the research and development and production of bio-based PA. China should enhance the research and development and application of bio-based PA and realize the product structure adjustment, the industrial chain extension and the technological innovation in order to promote the sustain- able steady development of China PA industry.
