摘要
以特性黏数0.675 d L/g的亲水性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,采用扁十字形的异形喷丝板,环吹风冷却,纺丝速度2 800 m/min,纺制扁十字形PET纤维,探讨了环吹风压力、纺丝温度对纤维截面异形度及力学性能的影响。结果表明:环吹风压力越大,纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率越小,纺丝温度越高,断裂伸长率越大;在相同环吹风压力下,提高纺丝温度,会使纤维截面异形度降低;环吹风压力为145 Pa,纺丝温度为280℃时,纤维截面异形度可高达92.35%。
A flat cross polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber was prepared by using hydrophilic PET with the intrinsic viscosi- ty of 0.675 dL/g as raw material and applying flat cross shaped spinnerets and cross air blow method at the spinning speed of 2 800 m/min. The effects of cross air blow pressure and spinning temperature on the degree of profile of cross section and the me- chanical properties of the fiber were discussed. The results showed that the higher the cross air blow pressure, the lower the breaking strength and the elongation at break of the fiber; the higher the spinning temperature, the higher the elongation at break ; the degree of profile of fiber cross section could be decreased by increasing the spinning temperature at the same cross air blow pressure; and the degree of profile of fiber cross section reached 92.35% at the cross air blow pressure of 145 Pa and spin- ning temperature 280℃.
