摘要
本文利用"流动人口职业发展状况"专题调查收集的数据,分析了社会性别因素对流动女性职业地位的影响。研究结果表明,在控制其他变量的情况下,社会性别因素对流动女性职业地位获得的影响具有统计的显著性,社会性别责任、社会性别权力、社会性别利益是影响流动女性职业地位获得的主要因素,其中,社会性别责任与流动女性职业地位获得成反比关系,而社会性别权力与社会性别利益有利于流动女性获得较高的职业地位。在此分析结果基础上,本文提出了提高流动女性职业地位的对策建议。
Using the data collected by investigating ‘the occupation development conditions of the migrants ', the paper analyzes the effects of gender factors on the migrant women 's attainment of occupational status. The results show that in the situation of controlling other variables, theoretical models constructed in this study has an ex-planatory power, that the gender responsibility, the gender power and the gender interest are the main influenc-ing factors of the migrant women's occupational status attainment, that the gender responsibility and the migrant women's occupational status attainment are the inverse relationship, and that the gender power and interest are propitious to the migrant women in attaining a good occupational status.Then it puts forward countermeasures to promote the migrant women's occupational status.
