深井大断面三软煤层巷道支护设计与实践 被引量:4

摘要 为了更好解决深井大断面"三软"煤层巷道难以支护的问题,基于任楼矿II5112工作面机巷实际地质条件,对巷道矿压显现特点及支护失效原因进行分析,提出"初次高性能锚带网喷支护+二次支护锚索注补强加固"支护技术方案,并给出具体技术参数。现场监测及数据统计表明:实施新支护技术方案后效果明显,巷道顶底板最大移近量为65mm,两帮最大移近量为43mm,顶底板平均移动速率约1.3mm/d,两帮平均移近速率约0.86mm/d,有效地控制了巷道变形量,减少返修成本,满足巷道支护要求。 Aiming at the support difficulty of large section roadways in deep three- soft coal seam,combining with the practical situation of II5112 working face in Renlou Coal Mine,the paper analyzed the characteristics of mine pressure behavior and the failure reasons of the original roadway supporting,proposed a composite reinforced support scheme with initial high- performance bolting,meshing and shotcreting and secondary bolting and grouting,the detailed technical parameters were given. The field monitoring and data statistics indicated that,the new supporting technology scheme was effective,the maximum roof- to- floor convergence was 65 mm,with an average speed of 1. 3mm / d,the maximum rib-to- rib convergence was 43 mm, with an average speed of 0. 86 mm / d, the deformation of roadway was controlled effectively,the requirements of roadway support were satisfied.
