摘要
针对中煤华晋王家岭煤矿综放工作面开采2号煤层含水量低、孔隙率低、湿润性差、产尘量大的特点,根据煤层赋存条件在回风巷布置单向长钻孔,选用动静压相结合的煤层注水系统,并结合前期注水试验结果确定适宜的注水技术参数,最终取得了较好的降尘效果。考察结果表明,注水后煤体水分增量可达1.04%以上,此项措施可使综放工作面司机处的总粉尘降尘效率达到36.7%,呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率达到31.5%。
Aiming at the low water component,low porosity,poor wettability and severe dust production characteristics of No. 2 coal seam in Wangjialing coal mine, and according to the coal seam occurrence conditions, a one- way long borehole was arranged in the air return roadway,a dynamic- static pressure water injection system was selected,and the water injection parameters were determined combining with the results of pre- injection test. The results showed that the average water content of the coal was increased by 1. 04% after water injection, the total dust and respirable dust suppression efficiency reached 36. 7% and 31. 5%.
