摘要
陈四楼煤矿21401综采工作面呈单斜构造,两巷落差将近57m,工作面坡度平均16.5°。通过多角度分析了刮板运输机上窜下滑产生的原因和危害,并结合现场给出了刮板运输机上窜下滑的判断依据,针对性提出了控制刮板运输机上窜下滑的技术措施,保障了煤炭资源安全高效的回采。
Chensilou coal mine 21401 fully mechanized working face is monoclinal structure,the fall of two roadways is nearly 57 m,and the average working face slope is 16. 5°. Through a multi- angle analysis on the reasons and harm of up and down sliding of scraper conveyor,the paper proposed technical measures to control the problem,and to ensure the safe and high- efficiency mining of coal resources. By summarizing the relevant experience,the paper provided technical support to control the up and down sliding of scraper conveyor in fully- mechanized face under similar conditions.
