用陕北半焦粉生产气化型焦的试验研究

Experimental Study on Making Gasification Formed-Coke with Semi-Coke Powder from Northern Shaanxi

陕北半焦行业产生的大量的半焦粉主要用作民用燃料,一直没有得到合理利用。基于成型炼焦工艺,对利用陕北半焦粉配黏结性烟煤生产气化型焦进行了试验研究,研究了肥煤、1/3焦煤的配比以及几种黏结剂对型焦质量的影响。试验结果表明,使用淀粉或羧甲基纤维素黏结剂,肥煤配比33%或1/3焦煤配比38%时所得到的型焦强度符合常压固定床气化炉用煤要求,半焦粉配适量肥煤或1/3焦煤成型后干馏可以得到质量较好的气化型焦。

A large amount of semi- coke powder northern Shaanxi has been used as a fuel for civil use. Based on the briquetting- coking process and the experiments of making gasification formed- coke with semi- coke powder from northern Shaanxi mixed with coking coal,the effects of the proportion of fat coal or 1 /3 coking coal to the formed- coke quality are researched. The effects of several binders to the formed- coke are also discussed. The results show that,semi- coke powder mixed with fat coal（ 33%） or 1 /3 coking coal（ 48%） can produce high quality formed- coke for gasification,the strength of formed coke satisfies the requirements of atmospheric fixed bed gasifier.
