摘要
介绍双线圈控制与保护开关的结构以及节能工作原理,建立双线圈控制与保护开关电磁机构的三维静态磁场模型。仿真求出电磁吸力与工作气隙的关系,对不同匝数的吸合线圈和保持线圈进行仿真,研究两个线圈匝数对电磁吸力的影响,为双线圈匝数选型提供理论指导。
The structure and energy-saving principle of double-coil control and protective switch are introduced, and the three dimensional static magnetic field model is built, the relationship of electromagnetic suction and air gap by simulation is calculated, and the dif- ferent number of turns of pull-in coil are simulated and the effect to the electromagnetic suction is obtained, thus the theory guidance for the selection of number of turns of double coils could be provided.
