诱生型一氧化氮合成酶在豚鼠内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达 被引量:1

摘要 观察诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在豚鼠内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达。将 2 0只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组和实验组 ,破坏实验组豚鼠内淋巴囊以造成内淋巴积水模型。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测iNOS在内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达。结果显示 ,iNOS在内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达阳性 ,且以血管纹和螺旋神经节细胞的表达较强。 To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the hydropic cochlea of guinea pigs, the experiment consisted of two groups: normal control group and experimental group. The hydropic animal model was established by destroying the endolymphatic sac. The expression of iNOS in the hydropic cochlea was examined by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the expression of iNOS in the hydropic cochlea was positive. The expression of iNOS in the area of stria vascularis and spiral ganglion cells was much stronger. It is suggested that nitric oxide is involved in the pathophysiology of cochlear dysfunction in hydropic cochlea.
