为了提高进出口食品把关能力,改进口岸通关模式,设计一种适合于口岸实际的进出口食品检验监管系统。通过对抽批算法的优化,基于参数的抽样分布设计抽样方案是比较科学的抽批方法,能较好地解决进口食品检验监管中抽批管理的问题,具有较好的推广价值。

In order to enhance the guarantee ability of imported and exported food, and to improve the customs clearance mode, designs a kind of inspection system of imported and exported food which is more suitable for the port in reality. The optimized sampling algorithm of sam-pling distribution based on parameters is more scientific, which can solve the problem of sampling management for imported food inspec-tion better, and is worthy to be promote.
