摘要
基于Auto Form R5模拟分析,对某轿车发动机盖外板原工艺方案进行仿真分析和评价,给出奥迪特评审等级和分数,预测零件生产过程中可能出现的缺陷,通过对原成形工艺进行优化、调整参数,有效控制和避免了缺陷的产生,提高了发动机盖外板成形质量,减少了后期的反复试模,降低了制造成本。
Based on the simulation and analysis of AutoForm R5, the original process scheme of an engine hood outer panel was analyzed and evaluated, also the audit evalua- tion grades and scores were provided. Then, the defects of parts in production were predicted, and they were controlled and avoided effectively by optimizing the process and ad- justing the parameters. Finally, the quality of en^ne hood outer panel was improved.
