摘要
介绍了汽车在匹配整改过程中,汽车门盖内板局部尺寸发生更改,导致压合总成件局部尺寸超出规定范围,压合总成件合格率下降。通过左后门匹配整改的案例,得出整改方案必须经过充分分析和验证的结论,并从冲压、焊接、涂覆、总装等工序分析其对零件装配及压合总成件尺寸、表面质量、匹配等的影响,对可能出现的问题做到提前预警、规避和处理,降低整改概率,对提高压合总成件质量有借鉴意义。
The dimension of inner panel of an automobile door was changed in matching and rectification process, which leaded to assembly parts out of size and low qualified. A conclusion that the rectification scheme should be analyzed and verified sufficiently was put forward combined with the case of left rear door. Also, the influence of stamping, weld- ing, coating, assembling on the dimension, surface quality and matching of parts was analyzed.
