摘要
通过对后板的冲压成形工艺进行分析,计算了制件的毛坯展开尺寸,重点介绍了制件的成形工序及翻边、冲孔模设计。实践证明,模具结构合理,生产出的制件质量合格,稳定性好。
Based on the analysis of stamping forming process for rear plate, the unfolding di- mension of blank was calculated and the forming process and flanging and piercing die was mainly presented. Practices proved that the die structure was reliable and the parts produced were qualified.
