摘要
以饮水管的氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)管材为研究对象,通过优化管材挤出模的结构,改善熔体在模具型腔内部的流动状况,增强熔体在模具型腔内的塑化程度,大幅度提高成型管材的生产效率。
Study on chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)pipe for water supply, the flow ability of CPVC melt in cavities was improved and its plasticizing capability was enhanced by optimizing the structure of extrusion tooling.
