摘要
在ISO9000质量管理体系标准中,对人员培训的要求已经转变为对人力资源管理的要求。笔者简单介绍了人力资源管理在ISO9000标准的体现,人力资源管理在质量管理中的地位和作用,最后指出做好人力资源管理的措施。
The ISO9000 quality management system manage to the request that the personnel train.
