Exploration on Powerful School with Talents Strategy based on Requirement Guidance

为了提高高校人才培养质量,增强高校科研创新能力和服务能力,从人才培养的需求出发,提出以需求导向为目标的人才引进策略,通过人才强校的战略促进高校教育教学、科学研究和服务能力的提高,进而达到人才培养的目标。结合学校现有资源状况,在双向需求基础上,制定独立需求、需求优化、多目标需求和阶梯性需求的人才引进与强校策略。

In order to improve the quality of talent training, streng-then the abilities of scientific innovation researches and services in college and university, we put forward the talent introduction strategy objecting to requirement guidance from the view of requirement to talent training. To achieve the object, we put forward powerful school with talents strategy to improve the teaching, scientific researching and serving abilities. Combing the current resource of school, we set out the talent introduction and powerful school strategies with independent requirement, requirement optimization, multi-object requirement and step by step requirement based on mutual requirements.
