摘要
移动互联网时代已经到来,运营商应重新思考电子渠道战略布局,创新营销模式。文章总结运营商传统电子渠道布局及手机营业厅等移动端电子渠道的优势,分析运营商目前在移动端的渠道布局,并从用户生命周期角度归纳移动端电子渠道对运营商的战略作用。
Telecom operators should rethink the structure of e-channel and find out innovative marketing patterns in mobile internet era. This paper firstly summarizes the structure of traditional e-channel and the advantages of mobile e-channel and discusses the strategic role of mobile e-channels for telecom operators according to the user life cycle theory.
