摘要
本实验室先前于上海地区的1只家兔体内分离到1株国内罕见的Ⅲ型弓形虫虫株,并将其命名为SHR虫株,鉴于该虫株的特殊性,遂设计本试验。本研究分析阿奇霉素、磺胺氯吡嗪钠、乙酰螺旋霉素及巴龙霉素治疗弓形虫SHR虫株感染的效果,发掘治疗Ⅲ型弓形虫感染的最佳药物,将SHR虫株速殖子按1×104个/只经腹腔注射感染小鼠,感染后3h,治疗药物通过灌胃法给药,首次剂量加倍,连续给药5d,每天1次,以小鼠生存时间和存活率作为观察指标,连续观察20d评价药物的治疗效果。结果显示,阿奇霉素的治疗效果最好,乙酰螺旋酶素的治疗效果次之,磺胺氯吡嗪钠只能显著延长被感染小鼠的死亡时间,巴龙霉素基本无治疗效果。结果表明,阿奇霉素对感染了Ⅲ型弓形虫SHR虫株的小鼠治疗效果最好。
A rare strain of Toxoplasma gondii typeⅢ has been isolated from a rabbit of Shanghai in our laboratory,and named it as SHR.Due to the specificity of this strain in china,we analysed the therapeutic effect of azithromycin,sulfachloropyrazine sodium,acetylspiramycin and paromomycin against the infection of SHR strain.Mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with 1×10^4tachyzoites of SHR strain.Drugs were administrated three hours post-infection,once per day for 5consecutive days,and the first dose was reduplicated.The survival time and survival rate of mice were observed for continued 20 days.The results indicated that the azithromycin showed the best therapeutic effect,acetylspiramycin came the second.The Sulfaclozine sodium can only delay the survival time,while paromomycin showed no therapeutic effect.The results revealed that azithromycin has the best treatment for the mice infected with SHR.
