中草药饲料添加剂对鸡蛋品质的影响研究进展

目的:综述目前国内中草药饲料添加剂对鸡蛋品质的影响指标与机理。方法:以文献分析法为主,对国内中草药饲料添加剂影响鸡蛋品质的指标、添加剂的组方、影响鸡蛋品质的机理等进行分析研究。结果:中草药饲料添加剂具有改善鸡蛋品质、改变鸡蛋风味、增强鸡蛋的营养等功效,其机理是通过改善或调节鸡机体的生长发育、自身营养物质的代谢转化等达到影响鸡蛋品质的效果。结论:中草药饲料添加剂对鸡蛋品质各指标的影响机理有待进一步阐明,细菌和真菌中药复合或发酵型鸡饲料添加剂对鸡蛋品质影响的研究前景看好。

Purpose： To review the indicators and mechanisms of the current Chinese herb feed additive affecting on egg quality.Methods： By mainly using the literature analysis, the authors conducted to analyze and study on the index, formulating prescription,mechanism and other issues of domestic Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for improving egg quality. Findings： Chinese herbal medicine feed additive have such functions as improving the quality, changing the flavors and enhancing the nutritional functions of eggs. The mechanism is by improving or adjusting the body＇s growth performance and metabolizing and transforming the nutrients of chickens, the quality of eggs will be changed or improved. Conclusion： The mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine additive on egg quality index needs to be further clarified. The composition of bacteria and fungi, and the fermented chicken feed additive have a good application prospect.
