基于协同理论的区域数字图书馆联盟发展策略研究——以湖南省高校数字图书馆为例

Development Strategy of Regional Digital Library Consortia based on Collaborative Theory: A Case of HNADL

湖南省高校数字图书馆是覆盖全省的高校教学科研公共服务平台,实现了全省信息资源的共建共享,推动了教育信息化的发展进程。在新的历史时期,高数图面临着争取政策支持、拓展经费渠道、创新服务手段、凝聚向心力等一系列的困难及挑战。根据协同理论,影响高校数字图书馆联盟发展的序参量有资源配套因素、政策支持因素、人力资源因素及服务能力因素等。湖南省高校数字图书馆协同发展策略包括战略协同、建设协同、管理协同、服务协同和利益协同。

Hunan Academic Digital Library（ HNADL） is a teaching and researching public service platform of Hunan province which realized the co- construction and sharing of information resources,promoted the development of the province＇s educational informatization. In the new period,HNADL faces with many challenges such as striving for the policy support,expanding financing channels and etc. According to the collaborative theory,the order parameters of HNADL includes resource matching,police support,human resources and service ability. The coordinative development strategy of HNADL includes strategy coordination,construction coordination,management coordination,service coordination and benefit coordination.
