摘要
【目的】在遮光条件下,研究不同的LED光质对葡萄叶片光合特性和生理指标的影响。【方法】以嫁接的‘夏黑’葡萄为实验材料,对葡萄叶片进行不同光质处理,测定分析了光质对葡萄叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、光合色素含量与酶活性的影响。【结果】与对照(CK)相比,不同的LED光质均显著提高了‘夏黑’葡萄叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)以及蒸腾速率(Tr),并且有利于叶片的光合积累。红光R630处理有利于提高‘夏黑’葡萄的叶绿素含量。蓝光处理提高了‘夏黑’葡萄的SOD酶的活性,而红光处理提高了POD酶的活性;红蓝光RRB440处理下的MDA含量最大。【结论】光质对‘夏黑’葡萄的生长有明显地促进作用。
【Objectives】The objective of the study is to elucidate the effects of the different LED light quality on the photosynthetic properties and physiological indexes of grape under shading condition.【Methods】The experimental materials were the grafted‘Summer black'grape which were treated by different LED light quality. Photosynthetic and physiological indexes of grape leaves,such as the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),photosynthetic pigment and enzyme active,were measured and analyzed.【Results】The results showed that the different LED light quality significantly improved the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)of‘Summer black'grape,compared with the control(CK),which were conducive to the accumulation of photosynthate in leaves. Red light R630 increased the content of chlorophyll. Blue light improved SOD enzyme activity,and red light enhanced POD enzyme activity; Red and blue light RRB440 resulted in the highest content of MDA.【Conclusion】Light quality played important role in promoting growth of‘Summer black'grape.:Summer blackgrapeLED light qualityPhotosynthetic propertiesPhysiological indexes
