蚜虫侵染对西瓜幼苗生理生化指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】探究西瓜抗蚜机制。【方法】以抗蚜种质‘砧木4号’、‘KY-2’和感蚜种质‘中10海抗’、‘148’为试验材料,通过比较分析蚜虫侵染后不同抗蚜性西瓜幼苗叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及防御酶(PAL、POD、CAT和SOD)活性的变化,探讨西瓜幼苗生理生化指标与抗蚜性的关系。【结果】在蚜虫侵染后,4种西瓜材料的脯氨酸、MDA含量和防御酶活性较对照均有升高,可溶性总糖含量与对照相比显著降低,可溶性蛋白质含量除‘148’外其他3个材料较对照均下降。接种蚜虫后,抗蚜材料脯氨酸含量及PAL、POD、CAT和SOD活性均显著高于感蚜材料,可溶性总糖含量显著低于感蚜材料;而‘中10海抗’MDA含量显著高于‘砧木4号’、‘KY-2’;‘KY-2’可溶性蛋白质含量显著低于感蚜材料。【结论】蚜虫侵染后不同抗性西瓜材料之间脯氨酸、MDA、可溶性总糖含量及PAL、POD、CAT和SOD活性变化与其幼苗抗蚜性紧密相关,可作为西瓜抗蚜性评价的生理生化指标。 【Objective】The aim of this study is to primary understand the resistant mechanism of watermelon to aphids【.Methods】Two aphid resistant watermelon materials‘Zhenmu 4'and‘KY-2'and two susceptible watermelon materials‘Zhong 10 haikang'and‘148'were choosed for study of the physiological and biochemical influences of aphids(Aphis gossypii Glover) infestation on on watermelon at the seedlingstage.【Results】The results revealed that compared with control group,the proline,MDA content and defense enzymes activities increased in all four watermelon materials and the soluble protein contents increased in all materials except‘148'with aphid infestation. But the total soluble sugar contents were significantly lower than that in the control. Meanwhile,the proline content and PAL,POD,CAT,SOD activities of the two anti-aphid materials were remarkedly higher than that in the two susceptible materials,the MDA content in watermelon‘Zhong 10 haikang'was also significantly higher than that in two anti-aphid materials,while the total soluble sugar contents in these anti-aphid materials and the soluble protein contents of‘KY-2'were remarkably lower than that in the two susceptible materials.【Conclusion】In summary,it is suggested that the contents of proline,MDA,soluble sugar and the activities of PAL,POD,CAT and SOD were closely linked with watermelon resistance to aphids,thus they could be considered as physiological biochemical indexes for watermelon resistance to aphids.
