摘要
随着近年来道路车流量迅猛增加,许多高架桥已处于超负荷运营,桥梁上部结构出现各种亟待修复的严重病害,给桥梁结构本身和交通运营带来安全隐患。结合同济路高架大修工程项目,将水泥混凝土路面维修领域内的高压水射流技术应用于桥面铺装结构层维修。通过介绍高压水射流技术工作原理和破碎机理,与人工风镐破碎技术进行对比分析,并对高压水射流技术优势及应用前景进行展望。
In recent years, road traffic flow increases dramatically. Many viaducts operate in overloaded mode, which make the upper structure of the bridge appear lots of different damage needed to be resolved. Meanwhile, it directly threatens the safety of the structure of the bridge and the operation of traffic. Based on the Tongji Rd. Viaduct's overhaul project, this paper describes that the high pressure water jet technology in the maintenance area of the cement concrete pavement has been naturalized and applied to mend the deck paving. At the same time, both the principle of work and the mechanism of cutting & eliminating of the high pressure water jet technology are introduced. Compared with the cutting & eliminating technology of the pneumatic pick, the advantages of the high pressure water jet technology are analyzed and concluded as well as its application prospect in the future.
