透水路面技术应用对城市综合径流系数影响初探 被引量:6

摘要 透水路面属于低冲击开发(LID)技术,可降低城市地表径流系数,减少地表径流量。目前,在我国的城市建设档案中,较少有直接反映径流系数的资料文件。因此,采取雨水入渗等LID措施后对城市径流系数的影响评估是一个难题。以昆山花桥镇为例,对花桥镇开发建设前后的综合径流系数进行分析、对比和预测。2007年未开发前花桥镇的原始综合径流系数为0.27;应用透水路面技术后,至规划末年预测综合径流系数为0.49。虽然较开发前的径流系数有一定增量,但对比规划建设后的综合径流系数0.66,地表径流系数得到明显的抑制。研究表明:透水路面削减径流系数的作用比较明显,可较大程度地减少城市径流量。 Permeable pavement is a lowimpact development(LID) technique which can reduce urban runoff coefficient and surface runoff. At present, there is less data could directly reflect the runoff coefficient in China's urban construction archives, so the assessment of urban runoff coefficient is a difficult problem when taking infiltration of rainwater and other LID measures. In this paper, taking Huaqiao Town for example, we analyze the runoff coefficient before the development, predict the runoff coefficients after the construction and compare these data. Show that: In 2007, the undeveloped Huaqiao Town original runoff coefficient is 0.27; after using permeable pavement technology, to planning dynasty the runoff coefficient will be 0.49. Although there is a certain increment, but comparing to the 0.66 runoff coefficient without permeable pavement technology, surface runoff coefficient is significantly inhibited. Study shows that: the reduction effect of permeable pavement runoff coefficient is obvious and can reduce urban runoff to a large extent.
