摘要
污泥处理工程在国内污泥行业刚刚起步,目前采用国际领先的新工艺、新设备。工程建筑物结构复杂,设备种类多、数量多,风险点不同于一般工程,工程土建完成后调试运行阶段又缺少经验。风险管理已成为国际上工程建设中普遍遵循的惯例,在工程建设期间作好风险分析和评估相当重要,在投入生产运行前发现不安全因素,及时改进才能把风险系数降到最低。
At present,sludge treatment project is adopting the international advanced new process and equipment and it has just begun in the domestic sludge industry. The risk points different from common projects, the relevant engineering structures are with complicated structures, many kinds of equipments and great quantities, and moreover, the relevant experiences are lacked in adjusting & running stage after the completion of the project. Risk management has become a common practice in the international engineering construction. It is very important to make great risk analysis & evaluation during the project construction period. And the risk coefficient can be reduced as low as possibly when unsafe factors are found out before producing & running and be improved in time.
