摘要 以氯化稀土作为媒染剂,采用黄连提取液对羊毛进行染色,探究了媒染方式、温度、时间、媒染剂用量、氯化钠用量和黄连提取液用量对媒染染色K/S值和颜色特征值的的影响,并测试了染色羊毛的色牢度。结果表明,稀土媒染剂与其他金属离子的媒染性能相似,采用稀土预媒染色法对羊毛进行染色时,媒染剂用量和氯化钠用量对染色K/S值的影响不大,随着染色时间的延长和染色温度的升高,染色羊毛K/S值增加。黄连提取液在羊毛纤维上有较好的提升性能,媒染后羊毛的湿摩擦牢度较差,其他各项牢度均达服用性能的要求。 Wool was dyed with berberine extract in the presence of mordant rare earth chloride. The effects of mordant dyeing methods, temperature, time, dosage of mordant, sodium chloride and berberine extract on K/S value and chromaticity values were studied, the color fastness of dyed wool was also tested. The results showed that rare earth chloride had similar mordant dyeing effect with the common mordants, when dyed with pre-mordant dyeing method, the dosage of rare earth chloride and sodium chloride had little influence on K/S value, the K/S value of dyed wool increased with the increasing of dyeing temperature and time. Berberine extract had good dyeing performance on wool, though the wet rubbing fastness of the wool was poor, the other color fastness was pretty good.
