摘要
牛奶蛋白复合纤维和大豆蛋白复合纤维均系天然蛋白原料加工而成,统称"双蛋白纤维"。文章对双蛋白纤维的前处理工艺进行探讨,使纤维去油、去污、去杂易于染色;介绍了漂白的方法和流程,并对染料的选择及染色工艺进行了系统深入的研究和探讨,对过程中出现的质量问题进行了原因分析并给出了解决办法。结果表明:采用活性染料结合规范的工艺流程,能得到均匀稳定的颜色,色牢度好、色光色泽重现性好。为环保新型纤维广泛应用起到积极的推动作用。
This paper introduced the structure and performance of milk fiber, soybean fiber. The pretreatment, bleaching and dyeing process has been deeply researched and discussed, the group has a positive role in guiding production. Milk fiber and soybean protein fiber are made from natural protein materials , referred to as the "double protein fiber". This paper discussed the pretreatment process of double protein fiber, which is cleaned, decontaminated and easy to dye. It introduced the method and process of bleaching and dyeing, and studied the selection of dyes, analyseed the causes of quality problems appeared in the process and gave out the solution methods. The results showed that: by the process specification and ANOZOL reactive dye, it can get uniform and stable color, good color fastness and light color reproducibility.
