绝经后胸腰椎骨折行固肾益精汤治疗的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析绝经后胸腰椎骨折行固肾益精汤治疗的临床疗效。方法资料选取2013年8月-2014年8月于本院诊治的绝经后胸腰椎骨折患者98例,按照完全抽样法1:1分成两组,每组各49例;对照组予以传统钙剂治疗,研究组予以固肾益精汤治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组的再骨折率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血碱性磷酸酶水平明显优于对照组,尿HOP/Cr比值与DPD/Cr比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾益精汤治疗绝经后胸腰椎骨折临床疗效显著。
