The Modified Simiao Yongan Decoction in Treating Pruritus

目的观察四妙勇安汤加减治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效,以期提高治疗效果。方法在一般治疗的基础上,采用四妙勇安汤加减治疗,并进行疗效判定。结果 162例患者用上法治疗3疗程后,经随访,疗效显著,总有效率93.2%。结论此法治疗皮肤瘙痒症,临床疗效确切,标本兼治,复发率低,为患者提供了一种安全有效的治疗途径。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Simiao Yongan decoction in treating pruritus to improve the therapeutic effect.Methods Based on the general treatment,Simiao Yongan decoction was proposed in this paper. The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results 162 cases of patients were treated for 3 courses of treatment,and we found that the total effective rate was 93. 2% which proved that the curative effect was distinct. Conclusion This therapy in treating pruritus has significant effect,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease and low recurrence rate. It provided a safe and effective treatment for patients.
