芍药甘草汤加味治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎探析

Analysis of Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in Treating Tenosynovitis of Hand Flexor Tendons

芍药甘草汤为《伤寒论》中经典方剂,被广泛应用于临床各证。但运用其治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎临床鲜有报道,笔者从临床运用经验、中医辨证辨病治疗及现代药理研究角度入手分析其治疗作用,希望给临证治疗此类患者提供一种新的思路。

Objective The Shaoyao Gancao decoction as the classical prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is widely used in the clinical practice. But the application of Shaoyao Gancao decoction in treating tenosynovitis of hand flexor tendons clinical is rarely reported. The author studied its therapeutic effect from the clinical application of TCM syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation treatment experience and modern pharmacological studies point,and hoped to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of the disease.
