针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察针灸疗法治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法符合诊断标准的原发性痛经患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组进行针灸疗法;对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗2个月经周期为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组有效率为96%,对照有效率为60%。治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗原发性痛经有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 90 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea met the diagnostic criteria,and they were randomly divided into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. The control group took orally ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. Two menstrual cycles was a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect was compared after three courses.Results The effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96% and 60%,respectively,and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea has good effect.
