中西医结合系统治疗精神发育迟滞临床路径初探

Clinical Pathway of Systemic Treatment of Integrated Medicine for Mental Retardation

目的通过观察中西医结合系统治疗对精神发育迟滞患儿康复中临床疗效的影响,探讨治疗该病的临床路径。方法选取郑州市儿童医院康复中心二病区2012年10月至2014年02月收治的210例精神发育迟滞患儿,随机将其分为治疗组(111例),对照组(99例)。治疗组采用中西医结合系统治疗,对照组采用传统康复治疗。通过治疗一个疗程(3个月)后,对两组治疗前后智力提高水平,患儿住院花费,家长依从性及家长满意度进行比较和统计学分析。结果治疗组效果明显优于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,家长依从性好,满意度明显高于对照组。结论中西医结合系统治疗精神发育迟滞能提高临床疗效,降低住院费用,患儿家长易于接受,可作为临床路径的前瞻性观察。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of systemic treatment of integrated medicine in mental retardation and discuss the clinical pathway. Methods Selecting 210 cases of children with mental retardation in Ward Two of Rehabilitation Center,Zhengzhou Children＇s Hospital from October 2012 to February 2014,they were randomly divided into treatment group of 111 cases and control group of99 cases. The treatment group adopted the systemic treatment of integrated medicine,and the control group used traditional rehabilitation.Through a course of treatment（ 3 months）,the improvement of intelligence level,costs,parents＇ compliance and satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The cost of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Parents＇ compliance and satisfaction of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The systemic treatment of integrated medicine in mental retardation can improve the clinical curative effect,reduce hospitalization expenses,and parents are easy to accept. It can be used as a prospective observation of clinical path.
