中医药疗法治疗肱二头长头肌腱炎的临床研究进展

The Clinical Research Progress on Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Long Head of Biceps Femoris Tendonitis

肱二头长头肌腱炎是一种临床常见的肩关节疾病。对于肱二头长头肌腱炎的治疗,首选保守治疗。中医药疗法,尤其是针灸和手法疗法,在保守治疗本病方面有着巨大的优势和显著的疗效,本文对近年来使用针灸和手法治疗该病的文献进行分析,希望为该病的治疗找到一种更加合适有效的手段。

Long head of biceps femoris tendonitis is one of common shoulder joint diseases. For the treatment of the long head of the biceps femoris tendinitis,the first choice is conservative treatment. Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture and moxibustion and manipulation therapy,has a huge edge in conservative treatment of this disease and significant results. In this paper,literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion and manipulation therapy for the disease were analyzed in recent years,and we hoped to find a more appropriate and effective treatment measure for the disease.
