不同品种茎尖菜用甘薯理化特性基因型差异研究 被引量:4

摘要 以菜用型甘薯为研究对象,分析了不同品种茎尖的营养成分和微量元素等理化特性指标的差异。结果表明,不同品种茎尖菜用甘薯的蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维含量差异达极显著水平,还原糖、灰分含量差异达显著水平,铁、锌、铜、锰和硒等微量元素含量均存在极显著差异。相关性分析发现,锰与锌、铜分别呈显著正相关和极显著正相关,其他成分相关性均不显著。聚类分析结果显示,参试品种可分为蛋白质和铁元素均较高,蛋白质最高、铁元素最低以及蛋白质最低、铁元素最高3类,但高蛋白质和铁元素含量基因型的茎尖菜用甘薯品种匮乏。 Seven stem-tip-vegetable sweet potato varieties (genotypes) were used as test materials, and the differences in the nutritional ingredients, trace elements and other physicochemical indexes of stem tip among these varieties were analyzed. The results indicated that there were very significant (P〈0.01) differences in protein, fat, crude fiber, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Se con- tents, and s!gnificant (P〈0.05) differences in reducing sugar and ash contents among different stem-tip-vegetable sweet potato va- rieties. The correlation analysis found that Mn content was significantly positively correlated with Zn content (P〈0.05) and Cu con- tent (P〈0.01), but there was no significant correlation among other physicochemical indexes. The clustering analysis showed that the tested varieties could be divided into three types : the first type had higher protein content and higher Fe content; the second type had the highest protein content and the lowest Fe content; the third type had the lowest protein content and the highest Fe content. But the stem-tip-vegetable sweet potato varieties with high protein and Fe content were of lack.
