定量对再造烟叶物理与烟气指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Grammage on Physical and Smoke Indexes of Paper-process Reconstituted Tobacco

摘要 为了研究不同定量对造纸法再造烟叶物理指标与常规烟气指标的影响,制作了3种不同定量的片基及再造烟叶产品,测定了烟叶样品的物理与常规烟气指标,并分析了随定量的增加,片基及再造烟叶物理与常规烟气指标的变化情况。研究表明:从物理指标分析看出,定量指标对再造烟叶产品与片基物理指标的影响基本相似。随着定量指标的增加,片基和产品的抗张强度、耐破强度、单层厚度、层积厚度总体上呈明显上升趋势;松厚度指标呈略微下降趋势,在65 g/m2以下增加定量指标对提高填充值和松厚度比较有利。从常规烟气指标看出,随着片基定量指标的增加,再造烟叶产品与片基常规烟气中多数指标总体上都呈上升趋势,特别是定量超过65 g/m2后,各烟气常规指标增加比较显著。 In order to study the effects of different grammages on the physical indexes and routine smoke indexes of paper- process reconstituted tobacco, the author manufactured three different grammages of base-sheets and paper-process reconstituted to- bacco products, determined the physical indexes and routine smoke indexes of the samples, and analyzed the changes in these inde- xes as the grammage increased. The results indicated that the effects of grammage index on the physical indexes of paper-process re- constituted tobacco were similar to those on the physical indexes of base-sheet. Along with the increase in grammage index, the ten- sile strength, burst-tolerant strength, single-sheet thickness and lamination thickness of base-sheets and paper-process reconstitu- ted tobacco products generally showed an obvious rising trend, while the bulk index presented a slightly downward trend. Increasing the grannnage index under 65 g/m^2 was relatively advantageous to the enhancement of filling value and bulk. When the grammage in- dex of base-sheets increased, most routine smoke indexes of base-sheets and paper-process reconstituted tobacco products generally revealed a rising trend; especially when the grammage index exceeded 65 g/m^2, various routine smoke indexes increased significant- ly.
