摘要 建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法测定口含烟中烟草特有亚硝胺的测定方法,结果表明:4种烟草特有亚硝胺NAB、NAT、NNK和NNN的检出限分别为0.31、0.17、0.10和0.37 ng/g,精密度在1.33%~5.99%之间,回收率的在94.2%~99.9%之间。该方法准确可靠、前处理简单,适用于口含烟中TSNAs的常规检测。 An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC - MS/MS) method for the determi- nation of four tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs) in oral smokeless tobacco products was developed. The results indicated that the detection limits of TSNAs NAB, NAT, NNK and NNN were 0.31, 0.17, 0.10 and 0.37 ng/g, respectively; the accuracy of this method ranged from 1.33% to 5.99% ; the recovery varied from 94.2% to 99.9%. This method was simple, accurate and relia- ble, and suitable for the routine determination of TSNAs in oral smokeless tobacco products.
