摘要
采用高效UV光解设备对工业污泥烘干脱水过程中产生的有机恶臭废气进行净化处理。VOCs、NH_3、H_2S初始浓度分别为870ppm、15ppm、10ppm,处理后接近完全降解。结果表明,经过UV光解后,恶臭废气净化效率达99%,完全脱臭;这一实例将UV光解设备在生活污水除臭领域的应用拓展到工业污泥的废气治理,具有极强的工程实际指导作用。
The paper adopts UV efficient photolysis equipment to deeply purify the malodor organic gas generated from the industrial sludge dewater.The initial concentrations of VOCs,NH_3 and H_2S were respectively 870 ppm,15ppm and 10 ppm,which were basically degraded after processing.The result shows that purification efficiency reaches at 99%after UV photolysis and completely deodorization.With a strong guidance for engineering practice,this case brings the UV photolysis equipment in application of domestic sewage deodorization to the waste gas treatment of the industrial sludge.
