随着信息技术在军事领域的广泛运用,现代空袭已向信息化联合精确空袭方式转变,为有效应对这一挑战,提出精确电子防空作战理念,运用"平战结合、精确侦察;统一指挥、动态控制;精选目标、攻敌要害;快速反应、机动灵活;战技并用,活用战法"的作战原则,实施"全维度精确侦察预警、全频域精确干扰摧毁、全方位精确防护诱骗"的作战行动。
With the wide application of information technology in the military field,the modern air attack is changed to the information joint precision air attack mode,in order to effectively deal with challenge,a concept of precise electronic air defense is puts forward,with the operational principles of the combination of peacetime and wartime,accurate reconnaissance; uniform command,dynamic control; precision target selection,attack enemy targets; rapid response,flexible; tactics and technology combination,flexible use of tactics; implementation the operation of the full dimensional exact reconnaissance warning,full frequency domain accurate interference,full range accurate protective and decoy.
