摘要
在无溶剂条件下,采用丙酸乙醇铵催化芳醛、4-羟基喹啉-2-酮和丙二腈三组分缩合,一锅法合成了2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6-四氢吡喃并[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮衍生物.结果表明:此法具有操作简单,反应时间短,收率高,不需使用溶剂,催化剂可重复使用的特点.
2-amino-3-cyano-1, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydropyrano [ 3, 2-c ] quinolin-5-one derivatives was synthesized from 4-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-one,malononitrile,and a series of aldehydes using 2-hydroxy ethylammonium propionate as catalyst under solvent-free conditions.This process has the advantages of solvent-free,simple operation,short reaction time,high yield and reusability of catalyst .
