不同燃烧温度下艾灸补泻机制研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究艾灸的补法和泻法机制.方法:运用艾炙温度测量仪,测定无风条件下、不同风力、不同风向、不同储存年份条件下艾条最高燃烧温度的差异.结果:无风条件下,艾条最高燃烧温度为848℃;15cm距离、45°角吹风、三年期艾条最高燃烧温度最优,最高温度达到981℃,比无风条件下高133℃;无风燃烧情况下,燃烧温度较低,艾灸的功效表现为温补作用,主要适用于寒症患者;而吹风富氧情况下,燃烧温度大大升高,产生通透能力更强的近红外光辐射,进而实现疏通经络,治疗瘀症的温通效果.意义:解释了艾灸补法和泻法的作用机制,为临床艾灸选材及手法选择、艾灸理疗仪器改进、制定市场评价标准提供理论参考. Objective:To study the mechanism of reinforcing method and reducing method about moxibustion .Method:Using the temperature measuring instrument of moxa , the difference about moxa′s maximum burning temperature was measured under the condition of windless , different blowing distance , different blowing angle and different storage years;Results:Under calm wind condition , the maximum combustion temperature of moxa stick was up to 848℃; the optimum maximum combustion temperature was associated with the distance of 15cm, blowing angle of 45 degree and triennial moxa stick, and the maximum temperature appeared 981℃, which was higher than that under the calm wind condition by 133℃;Under the condition of windless , the burning temperature was low , and the effect of moxibustion was pryetic and tonification, which mainly was applied to the patients of symptoms caused by cold factors; Yet under the circumstance of blowing and oxygen enrichment , the burning temperature improved a lot , and bringing the near-infrared light with stronger permeability obtained , and then the effect of dredging the channel and warmly dredging effect achieved for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome .Significance: To explain the acting mechanism of reinforcing method and reducing method about moxibustion ,and provide theoretical reference for clinical moxibustion material selection , technique selection , moxibustion therapy instrument improvement and market evaluation standard .
