摘要
村医作为基层医疗卫生系统工作者,是维持农村基层医疗卫生服务体系的重要力量,承担着维护我国广大农村居民健康的重要职责。然而近几年村医现状令人堪忧,每年都有大量村医改行流失,这已成为当前制约农村卫生事业发展的主要瓶颈。苏州针对村医流失问题,采取了特色解决措施,已初见成效。本课题通过实地调查,着重对苏州市村医生存现状进行分析,了解村医工作满意度与职业发展需求,研究苏州举措经验与不足之处,对其他各城市破解村医流失问题具有较好的参考、借鉴以及启发意义,将有助于解决全国农村村医流失问题,稳定农村卫生事业发展。
Village doctors are the workers in grass roots medical and health service system, they are important force for maintaining rural grassroots medical and health service system. They undertake an important responsibility of maintaining the rural residents in our country. However, village doctors' status is worried in recent. Every year, there are a large number of village doctors running off, which has become the main bottleneck to restrict the development of rural health service. Suzhou government takes characteristic solutions which have achieved initial success. This topic through field investigation, and analyzes village doctors' current living situation, understand their job satisfaction and career development needs, studies the experience and deficiency. Provides better reference and inspiration significance for cracking village doctors running off to other cities. It will help to solve the problem of village doctors running off and stable rural health service development.
