摘要
应用目标管理和绩效考核的方法,从社会责任维度、患者维度、内部流程维度、学习和成长维度、财务维度5个维度,主观和客观两方面阐述了临床科主任评价体系的设计思路、指标的选择和权重确定、科主任评价的实施、绩效考核的反馈等,为实现临床科主任评价的科学化提供一些参考。
This paper discuss the design ideas, indicators, implementation and the way of feedback from 5 dimensions, including social responsibility, patients, internal processes, learning and growth, finance, so as to achieve scientific evaluation of clinic department director.
