摘要
[目的]了解太原市养老机构老年人生命质量现状及其影响因素。[方法]应用SF-36量表对太原市5家养老机构60岁以上老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]太原市养老机构老年人生命质量均分为(68.18±18.37)分。单因素分析显示:老年人的退休前职业、居住意愿、自理能力、对养老机构的满意度和体育锻炼情况5因素的组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示:体育锻炼情况、自理能力、居住满意度是影响老年人生命质量的主要因素。[结论]作为现阶段养老的主要形式,养老院的发展和建设须引起有关部门和社会的足够重视。家庭、政府和社会要协力从身心两方面来提高老年人的生命质量。
Objective To understand the status of life quality of elderly and its influencing factors in Taiyuan nursing homes.Methods Took questionnaire survey to the elderly whose age was above 60 years old from five nursing homes by SF-36 scale.Results The mean score of the life quality was（68.18± 18.37）. Single factor analysis shows that there was statistically difference in 5 factors including the career before retirement, living wil, self-care ability, residential satisfaction and physical exercise （P〈0.05）. Multiple regression analysis showed that physical exercise, self-care and residential satisfaction were major factors affecting the life quality of older people.Conclusions As the main form of pension nowadays, the relevant departments and the community must pay sufficient attention to the development and construction of nursing homes. The family, government and society should work together to improve the life quality of older persons with both physicaly and mentally.
