民族地区寄宿制学校校长培训的问题及对策

摘要 为提高民族地区寄宿制学校校长培训的质量,对民族地区寄宿制学校校长培训现状和需求进行调研。根据调研结果,分析当前培训在管理体制、培训内容和培训方式、师资队伍方面存在的问题,提出改进策略:做好民族地区寄宿制学校校长培训的规划与管理,加强培训课程的体系建设,强化实践性培训方式,建设专兼结合的师资队伍。 Investigation and research on current conditions and needs of training for principals of boarding schools in minority areas have been conducted in order to improve the quality of training for principals of boarding schools in minority areas. In this paper,based on the investigation results,the problems in current training management system,training content,training method and teaching staff have been analyzed and the following improvement strategies have been proposed: strengthening the planning and management of training for principals of boarding schools in minority areas;strengthening the system construction of training course; strengthen practical training method; constructing a teaching staff consisting of both full time and part time teachers.
