论白先勇小说创作的印象主义色彩

文学印象主义的概念来自于印象主义画派,印象主义作家们吸收了印象主义绘画的精髓,运用在文学创作中。于是,其创作就具有了注重艺术感觉,善于捕捉转瞬即逝的印象来表现主观情感,在光影交织与色彩的运用上具有敏锐的观察力等特点。白先勇的小说是台湾文学现代派的最高成就,也是二十世纪世界范围内华文文学重要的存在。白先勇早年深受中国古典文化的熏陶,成年之后,浸淫于西方文化,在感性的基础逐渐融入西方理性的思考。这在他的作品上体现最为明显,如意识流、象征主义、人道主义等。印象主义作为西方现代主义文学技巧的一种,白先勇也做了有意义的探索与运用。

The concept of literary Impressionism comes from impressionist painting. Impressionistic writers absorb the essence of the impressionist painting skills and apply it to literary creation. It has the characteristics of laying emphasis on artistic sense of creation,being good at capturing the fleeting sense to express subjective emotion and having keen observation on the application of light and color. The works of Bai Xianyong are important presence in the twentieth Century of Chinese literature. In his early years,he exerted deep influence by Chinese classical culture,while entering adulthood,he was absorbed in western culture and integrated western theory into his thoughts,which are revealed mostly in his works such as stream of consciousness,symbolism and humanitarianism. Moreover,Bai Xianyong have made exploration on Impressionism which is considered as a kind of skills of western modernist literature.
