摘要
HXN5型机车自投入运用以来多次发生曲轴箱超压误报警故障,经过深入的分析研究,采集了大量数据,通过对不同传感器的波形对比分析,找到了故障发生原因,有效控制了曲轴箱超压误报警故障。
Since the HX_N5 locomotive was put into operation,the crankcase overpressure false alarm failure happened several times.Through the in-depth analysis and study,the sampling of a large amount of data,the comparison and analysis of different sensors waveform,the failure reason is found and the crankcase overpressure false alarm failure is controlled effectively.
