摘要
对高氯酸钴催化氧化乙苯合成苯乙酮的方法进行了研究,并对反应的最佳条件进行了探索。研究表明:当催化剂高氯酸钴的用量为5%(物质的量分数),氧化剂为Oxone,溶剂为乙腈-水,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为3 h时,乙苯转化率和苯乙酮产率分别可达99.82%和76.29%。结果表明,该催化剂对苯乙酮的合成具有良好的催化活性。
The preparation of acetophenone from ethylbenzene by catalytic oxidation with cobalt(Ⅱ) perchlorate-hydrate catalyst was studied, the factors influencing the reaction were investigated. Ultimately, the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: using Oxone as the oxidizer and acetonitrile-water as the solvent, molar fraction of cobalt(Ⅱ) perchlorate-hydrate of 5%, reaction temperature of 25 ℃, reaction time of 3 h. Under above conditions, the conversion of ethylbenzene and the yield of acetophenone reached 99.82% and 76.29%, respectively. The results indicated that the catalyst had good catalytic activity in the synthesis of acetophenone.
