摘要
建立了气相色谱分析混合元素二级标准物质中甲醇、苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯质量浓度的方法。采用Agilent7890气相色谱仪,FID检测器,DB-1301,毛细管色谱柱(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),以正庚烷为内标,测定混合元素二级标准物质中甲醇、苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯的质量浓度,以方法的线性关系、精密度、最低检出限等因素进行考察评定。结果表明该方法简单、快速、高效。
A method was established for analyzing the content of methanol, benzene, methylbenzene, ethylbenzene, and dimethylbenzene in secondary reference material by gas chromatography(GC) using Agilent 7890 gas chromatograph, FID detector and DB-1301 capillary packed column(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm). Taking n-heptane as the internal standard, the quantitative analysis of methanol, benzene, methylbenzene, ethylbenzene, and dimethylbenzene was carried out by internal standard method, and several factors were selected to assess the method, including linear relationship, precision, and detection limit. The results showed that the method was simple, fast and efficient.
