摘要
综合考虑窄脉冲补偿、中点电位平衡控制及其相互影响,提出一种兼顾三电平变换器中点电位平衡的窄脉冲处理方法。该方法直接分析了窄脉冲对调制波的限制,在完全避免窄脉冲的同时对中点电位平衡控制的影响也极小。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法具有显著的窄脉冲补偿和中点电位平衡控制效果,整体性能明显优于传统的窄脉冲处理方法。
To consider the narrow pulse compensation,neutral-point potential balance,and their coupling effects simultaneously,a solution method for three-level inverters is presented in this paper. Based on the analysis of the limits of modulation wave caused by narrow pulses,this method can avoid narrow pulse problem completely and has less adverse effects on the neutral-point potential balance control. Simulation and experimental results verify that it has a significant performance for narrow pulse processing and neutral-point potential balance. Its overall performance is better than traditional narrow pulse methods.
