Several basic problems of colour standard： color spaces, RGB trichromatic and white dots are proposed. And the basis of the framework of the standard was estanblished according to the suggestions. The establishment and implementation of color transfer standards would bring great benefits to the definition of the light color and settings, conversion and control of color, consistency of the light color.
